1. White-Label SEO Fulfillment Services

SMBify provides white-label local SEO fulfillment services for digital agencies, SEO consultants, and business owners. Our services include local citation building, foundational backlinks, Google Business Profile optimization, and local seo consulting.

As a white-label partner, we deliver reports that are unbranded (or branded with your agency details if provided), allowing you to present them directly to your clients.

2. Billing, Subscriptions, and Refunds

All subscription plans (Local Presence, Map Pack Growth, Local Authority, Agency Partner) are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us or managing your billing portal.

Due to the manual labor, outreach costs, and direct directory listings fees associated with our local SEO services, we do not offer refunds once the campaign fulfillment process has started. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please do so before your next billing date.

3. Client Information & Intake

To start a campaign, you must complete the Local SEO intake form and provide accurate business details (Name, Address, Phone, Website - NAP). SMBify is not responsible for campaign delays or ranking indexing issues resulting from inaccurate or inconsistent information provided during the intake process.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, SMBify and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on SMBify. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from SMBify for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms of service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

SEO is an ongoing, dynamic process. While SMBify utilizes proven white-hat strategies to optimize and build local presence, we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions, search volumes, or traffic numbers. Search engines frequently update their search and maps algorithms, and results may vary based on competition, niche, and client history.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SMBify, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or our services whether such liability is under contract. SMBify, including its officers, directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SMBify Agency operates, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the country for the resolution of any disputes.
